You hereby confirm that as on date of this registration, you do not have any objection to receiving emails, messages and calls from agarwalsamajmadras.org and members of swarammatrimony.com as long as you are a registered member of and undertake that this invitation and solicitation shall supersede any preferences set by you with any organisation/profile.

It is understood that you have gone through the Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them .In case of any misrepresentation, agarwalsamajmadras.org hereby reserves the right to forthwith terminate your membership and/or your right to use the services without any refund of any monies paid. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by informing swarammatrimony.com in writing to terminate your Membership. In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees.

You also unconditionally agree to indemnify agarwalsamajmadras.org against all losses, damages, penalties, costs or consequences whether direct or indirect, that may arise out of any breach or violation of the aforesaid representation, commitment and undertaking.

If there is any dispute about or involving the Site and/or the Service, by using the Site, you unconditionally agree that all such disputes and/or differences will be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Competent Courts in Chennai, India only.
